Statistics show 299 millions scrap tire production every year only in USA and in 2005, nearly 87% of scrap tires were used in end use market.Ground tire rubber (GRT) poses a challenging environmental, economical, and disposal problem in the world because of their crosslinked three-dimensional network structure. Waste rubber from end-of-life passenger car tires was successfully devulcanized by using mechanical–chemical process.
Reliance Engineering Services own unique technology that allows vulcanized rubber from factory waste or end-life rubber products to be turned into re-usable rubber compound. We process ground/coarse crumb rubber and send back to manufacturers as raw material. This processed (devulcanized) rubber can be used in many different applications and matches properties of natural rubber compound.
Based on their excellent mechanical properties, these compounds can be used as polymer or filler for the production of technical rubber products, bumpers, mats, gaskets, pads, shoe soles and other parts. This product is a great opportunity for cost-optimization of many different parts.
